pronto

App terms

These terms apply to the app that Hugo Marinho builds for your business under the name Pronto, starting with the free first version. Whoever first signs in on the business's behalf accepts them for it. Each member of the team also accepts them when they first sign in; what concerns them is under If you work for the business. Version of 2 November 2026.

What we do

We build and look after your business's app: the team log their work and hours on their phones, and the business sees it all, the hours per person and per client, and the invoices. What the price covers and what is extra is on the pricing page.

The free first version

It lasts 14 days unless we agree otherwise, and you pay nothing. You can use it with your real clients and hours.

During the trial the app is provided as it is: it may have faults and it keeps changing with what you tell us. Keep anything important elsewhere too, as you would with any new software.

If you go ahead, you carry on with the same app and everything you've entered. If you don't, we delete your business's data within 30 days of the end of the trial, or sooner if you ask. Until then you can download all the data in Excel in the app, or ask us for a copy.

If you go ahead

You pay the set-up once and then the monthly fee, as we agree in writing. The monthly fee covers hosting, backups, fixes (if the app stops working, the same day; other faults, within 2 working days), support on WhatsApp and one small change a month, up to 1 hour of work.

You can cancel with a month's notice. We give you all your data in Excel and delete it within 30 days.

Your business's data is yours

What your business puts into the app (the people who work there, the clients, the addresses, the hours and the invoices) belongs to your business. We handle it only on its behalf and only to make the app work. We don't sell it or use it for anything else. The details are on the privacy page.

Your business decides what goes in and is responsible for being allowed to put it there: for example, for telling the team that their hours are recorded in the app.

What's up to you

Checking hours, amounts and invoices before you send or pay them. The app does the sums, but the invoice that goes out is your business's.

Looking after access. Each person signs in with their own. If someone leaves or loses their phone, tell us and we'll remove their access.

Using the app only for your business's work.

What's up to us, and how far

We do our best to keep the app running and the data safe, with backups. The app may stop for a short while for maintenance.

We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost work or profit, or for mistakes that come from data entered wrongly. During the free first version we aren't liable for losses. Once you go ahead, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. None of this applies to harm caused on purpose or by gross negligence.

If you work for the business

If you sign in as part of the team, you accept these terms when you first sign in, for the part that concerns you: using the app only for the business's work and not passing your access on to anyone.

The app keeps your name, your email, the hours and work you log, and when and on which device you signed in. You see your own day and hours; the business sees everything; we only go in to help.

This data belongs to the business, which decides what is kept. To see, correct or delete it, ask the business or write to hugo@pronto-apps.com.

If these terms change

We tell you a month in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the changes apply.
